Save native plants

Change the way you think

Get on the Highway to Success at a series of personal development workshops run by the Human Resource Centre at Caroline Springs library on July 25-26. Conducted by hypnotherapist/psychotherapist Bryan Perry, this will be an interactive process designed for people working through difficulties created by rigid behavioural habits. Learn skills in testing, challenging and breaking free of unhealthy ways of thinking and behaving, using a non-medical approach to treating such ailments as anxiety and depression. The workshops are also for people interested in personal growth and development.
