Top of the table clash features in round four

A top of the table clash between undefeated Altona and Caroline Springs is the pick of the games heading into round four of the Western Region Football League division one competition.

Altona were the closest to fall short of a win this season when it defeated Werribee Districts by 21-points, while Caroline Springs had a 33-point win over St Albans last week for their smallest win of the season.

The game will take place at Grant Reserve in Altona on Saturday afternoon beginning at 2:15pm.

In other matches, St Albans will host Sunshine at Kings Park Reserve on Saturday at 2:15 with St Albans looking for their second win and Sunshine aiming for its first of the season.

Yarraville Seddon will host Point Cook at Yarraville Oval on Saturday at 2:30pm.

Deer Park will host Hoppers Crossing at John McLeod Oval on Saturday at 2:15pm.

Werribee Districts will host Spotswood on Saturday at 2:30pm.

In the women’s division one competition, Caroline Springs will take on Werribee Central at Galvin Park.

Yarraville Seddon Eagles will host Hoppers Crossing and Spotswood will head to Manor Lakes.
