Teenager fatally stabbed at Brimbank Shopping Centre

A teenage boy has died after he was allegedly ambushed and stabbed by a group outside Brimbank Shopping Centre this afternoon.

Police have arrested six males following the boy’s death.

Police believe the victim was approached by a group of 8-10 males outside the shopping centre just after 4pm.

He was stabbed and has died at the scene.

The other males ran from the scene and six were arrested nearby a short time later on Billingham Road.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated.
