A woman from Sunshine North says she’s barely been able to sleep after discovering she’d taken out division one in the weekend’s TattsLotto draw.
The woman’s entry was one of the nine division one winning entries nationally.Each entry took home a division one prize of $456,752.50.
The woman is a regular player and said she’s been using the same numbers since 1975, but she says she can’t quite remember why she originally chose the random numbers.
While she said her husband had already spent the winnings in his mind, the ecstatic Sunshine North resident said she had spent all night planning how she’d be using her prize.
“I think we’ll buy a house,” she said.
“What a lovely Christmas present.”
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry at Sunny Lotto in Sunshine North.
