Sunbury train passengers will face disruptions to services from this weekend.
Buses will be replacing trains on sections of the Sunbury line to allow work on the new Metro Tunnel.
Services will be affected from 11.15pm on Saturday, September 28, to 9am on Friday, October 11.
Buses will replace trains between Flagstaff and Sunshine on weekdays and between North Melbourne and Sunshine on weekends.
Express buses will be available to and from Flagstaff and Sunshine and North Melbourne and Sunshine. Bus replacements will not be stopping at South Kensington.
Commuters are being urged to plan ahead and allow an extra 60 minutes of travel time.
