Members of the community visited the St Albans library on Wednesday, June 1 to learn more about Aboriginal culture and tradition through stories and art during Reconciliation Week.

Brimbank mayor Jasmine Nguyen said Reconciliation Week provided many free events for community to attend and help tackle “the unfinished business of reconciliation”.

“The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2022 is ‘Be Brave. Make Change.’

“This sets us a challenge – individuals, families, communities, organisations and government – to Be Brave and tackle the unfinished business of reconciliation so together we can Make Change for the benefit of all Australians.”
