Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) firefighters were called to a unit fire in St Albans this morning.
Crews arrived on the scene within six minutes to find the single storey unit involved in fire with flames issuing.
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters aggressively attacked the fire preventing spread to an adjacent house.
No one was injured.
Fire investigators will remain on scene to determine the cause of the fire and ensure the fire is fully extinguished.
