A person who purchased an Oz Lotto ticket at Winning Lotteries St Albans has received an early Christmas present, $15 million.
The person, who wants to remain anonymous, was one two winners of Tuesday’s night $30 million draw.
Both winners are set to receive their $15 million on December 22 just in time for Christmas.
Winning Lotteries St Albans owner Tay Seang said she was delighted to have made one of her customers an overnight multi-millionaire.
“When I heard the news, I was so excited for our winner. What a great time to win with Christmas just around the corner,” she shared.
“We will be celebrating this news with a couple of drinks and sharing this exciting news with our customers.
“Our winner will be thrilled, and our customers will be hoping they are the one to win big next.
“We have sold many division one prizes over the years. In total, I have had over 10 division one wins here since taking over the store seven years ago.
“Our entire team would love to send our congratulations to our winner.
“It is a fantastic feeling selling a division one winning ticket. We are all very happy with this result and can’t wait for the next one.”
