Keilor Downs TattsLotto syndicate win big

More than a decade of buying lotto tickets at a Keilor Downs store has paid off for a 15-member TattsLotto syndicate that won nearly $8,250,000 on Saturday night.

Members of the syndicate, Winners Dream, will take home nearly $55,000 each after it won one of six division one prizes in Saturday’s $4 million draw.

Winners Dreams, who set up the syndicate at Keilor Downs Plaza Lotto on Taylors Road, consist of some local and long-term customers.

Store owner Patrick Troncoso said he was stoked for the winners.

“This syndicate has been running for a dozen years,” he said.

“Almost half of the syndicate members are regular players who have been a part of the syndicate for a long-time, some since the very beginning, so after divisional wins here and there, it’s nice to see them crack division one.
“A few of my winning customers have already checked their tickets and some of their division one dreams include helping to fund a family wedding and taking family holidays.”

The winning numbers in Saturday night’s draw were 25, 4, 5, 13, 34 and 18, with the supplementary numbers 23 and 13.

The syndicate scored $824,093.86 in total, after enjoying wins in divisions two through to six on Saturday night with their 8-Game combination entry.
