Firefighters responded to a fire at a factory in Deer Park earlier this morning.
Several residents made calls to triple-0 just after 5.25am after seeing smoke coming from the factory.
Fire crews were on the scene within two minutes and found three cars inside the 20 metre by 40 metre factory on fire.
The fire was deemed under control within 35 minutes.
The factory was unoccupied at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
Specialist fire investigators and police are attending the scene to assist to establish a cause.
