Deer Park couple celebrate lotto win

A couple from Deer Park will embark on a long-overdue holiday to Malaysia following their $211,000 win in the weekend’s Super 66 draw.

The couple held the only division one winning entry nationally in Super 66 draw 4571, drawn Saturday 10 May 2025 and look forward to a total prize of $211,622.80.

The husband said he had a hard time convincing his wife that their newfound fortune was real.

“Thank you very much!” she said.

“My husband discovered the win, and he turned to me and said, ‘Look! Look! We’ve won division one. We’ve won’.

“I honestly thought it was a scam. I didn’t think it was real at all.

“Besides paying off some bills, I think we’ll go on a holiday!

“Malaysia is calling our name. We’re so excited.”

Their winning entry was purchased at Derrimut Village News & Lotto, Shop 8, 20 Mt Derrimut Road, Derrimut.
