Fraser Rise residents can get their caffeine hit and help a good cause this Sunday, with Bella Vista Cafe donating $1 from every coffee to Lifeline.
On Sunday, October 10 – World Mental Health Day – Bella Vista will be participating with Making Meditation Mainstream to “create ripple effects”.
In a statement on their social media, Bella Vista said: “Now more than ever, we want to raise awareness around mental health and the importance of mindfulness.”
“As suicide remains the leading cause of death for Australians between the ages of 15-44 [years] it’s time we make a serious effort to create a difference together.”
Bella Vista Cafe is located on Osprey Drive, Fraser Rise.
