More Brimbank outbreaks revealed

There have been three active COVID-19 cases recorded in Brimbank over the past 24 hours.

It brings the total number of active cases across Brimbank to 156.

A number of coronavirus outbreaks have been identified across the municipality.

Four cases have been linked to Waste Equipment and Hiab Services, Ardeer, while 21 cases are linked to JBS abattoir in Brooklyn.

Meanwhile on Monday, aged care provider Estia Homes confirmed that 13 elderly residents at its Ardeer site had tested positive for the virus.

The Woolworths store at the Sunshine Marketplace also underwent a deep clean on Monday night after a staff member tested positive for the virus.
