Bulldozer used in Taylors Hill supermarket ram raid

Police are appealing for information after a bulldozer was used during a ram raid at a Taylors Hill supermarket.

Police believe the bulldozer was driven through the doors of the Gourlay Road supermarket about 4.50am on Sunday.

The offenders gained entry to the store but fled the scene empty-handed in a white utility.

Police said the bulldozer, which is believed to have been stolen from a Taylore Road property, was found on Kirribilli Boulevard later on Sunday morning.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
