On June 27, 2019, Enrico Nicoletti failed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court to answer charges including carry a controlled weapon without excuse and possession of a dangerous article. There are currently two warrants for the arrest of David Gunn. On January 14, 2019, Gunn failed to appear at the Sunshine Magistrates Court to answer a charge of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Another warrant was issued on November 22, 2018 when he failed to answer a summons for the charge of contravening a community corrections order. Police are seeking information as to his current whereabouts.
