POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a Kings Park teenager who has not been seen since June 5.
Johnny Le, 16, was last seen leaving Mavis Street, Footscray.
Police have been told the missing youth must take daily medication and would now be very unwell.
He is described as Asian, with olive complexion, blond and brown hair, 157 centimetres tall, and of thin build. He has a tattoo of a dragon on his right hand.
