SOCCER hopeful Filepe, 10, learnt some tricks of the trade from Melbourne Heart star and former St Albans Saints player Mate Dugandzic (pictured) last Tuesday at Balmoral Park in Derrimut.
Heart footballers held a clinic for grade 4 Derrimut Primary School pupils to launch the Westpac Community Football Festival.
The three-day festival, from July 16-18, will include coaching seminars and school clinics.
Heart players will hold special coaching sessions with children from non-English-speaking backgrounds.
