MISSING St Albans teeanger Anh Ngo was safe and well this afternoon.
Police found the 18-year-old at Highpoint Shopping Centre shortly before 4pm.
Police earlier asked for help to find Miss Ngo, who has an intellectual disability, after she disappeared on a trip to the St Albans library yesterday.
