AN 18-hour Brimbank fitness marathon will raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital. The Good Friday event is from 6am-midnight at Burnside’s Obsessed with Fitness gym.
The Western Festive Activities for the Disadvantaged group (WESTFAD) is seeking teams to enter the event, with each member required to secure sponsors and engage in physical activity for 30 minutes.
The team that raises the most money will have its name put on an honour board at the gym.
WESTFAD member Les Tarczon says there will be a jumping castle for children and a free Zumba class.
