A fire has caused extensive damage to a gym being built at the St Albans campus of Victoria University.
The fire broke out about 4.30am on Friday in the floor area and spread into the roof, severely damaging timber, ducts
and electrical wiring. It took 16 firefighters
35 minutes to bring the fire under control.
