A FILIPINO playgroup at Sassella Park is celebrating Cultural Diversity Week with an open day today.
Deer Park families with preschoolers and Filipino families are being invited to the event which will celebrate Filipino food, traditional costumes, children’s books, stories and music.
There will also be a jumping castle, face-painting, bubbles and helium balloons.
It’s from 10am-1pm at Sassella Park Playgroup Centre, 121 Station Street, Deer Park.
