Stolen cards used

Police are looking for a woman with a distinctive south cross tattoo on her inner left arm after she allegedly used stolen credit cards at a Sunshine service station in April. Police say the woman used cards stolen from a truck at a service station on Hampshire Road, Aberfeldie. The woman, described as Caucasian and in her late 20s to early 30s, was in a dual cab ute with a man. Health pledge signed

Brimbank council has signed up to the Mitchell Institute’s Chronic Disease Prevention Action for Australia. Chair of administrators John Watson said chronic diseases disproportionately affect residents of Brimbank.

Spaces to make art

Artists needing creative spaces to work can apply for studios managed by Brimbank council at Sunshine, Keilor and Deer Park. Sunshine Art Spaces and the Keilor Art Shed have three studios between them. The art spaces are intended to help artists develop while also opening doors for Brimbank residents to be engaged in the arts.
