Caroline Springs: Southern Fiesta celebrates multiculturalism

Boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen … get ready for a stellar day at the Southern Fiesta.

Southern Cross Grammar students and parents have joined forces to kick off their inaugural festival day with a big bang.

Parents and Friends Association chairwoman Leonie Harrison said the fiesta was about bringing community together to “celebrate Australia and its multicultural life”.

All proceeds from the school’s festival day and fete will go towards buying playground equipment for students.

The fiesta at Southern Cross Grammar, 2-20 Lancefield Drive, Caroline Springs, will start at 11am and run until 4pm on Sunday, March 22.
