Pho fever will grip Sunshine next month when 10 Vietnamese restaurants along Hampshire Road offer up steaming bowls of pho, a popular and traditional fragrant noodle soup, as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
Sunshine Pho Fever will be held at Bo Ba Tea across three nights, March 1 to 3, from 6.30-9.30pm.
On the menu will be sweet, savoury and street hawker food and drinks from various Vietnamese provinces, to be provided from the restaurants Queen’s Rose the Sun, Xuan Banh Cuon, Vu Gia, Thien Nhi, Codo, Phu Vinh, 2 Sisters, Thuan Anh, Bo Ba Tea and Pho Hien Saigon.
