UPDATE: A man who fell 15 metres from a balcony in Ringwood last week has died.
The 36-year-old who fell from the balcony of an apartment building in Nelson Street died in hospital on Saturday, police said.
Homicide Squad detectives have interviewed a man and woman who have both been released pending further enquiries.
The 36-year-old man had been in the Royal Melbourne Hospital ever since the fall from the second storey balcony that occurred at about 10pm last Thursday.
