John Kenney is a walking, talking work of art, with close to 100 per cent of his body covered in tattoos. The 59-year-old hepatitis survivor is hoping his eye-catching body art will serve as a talking point for Brimbank’s young people about the importance of needle hygiene. “While I didn’t contract hepatitis from tattoo needles, many people do.
