Captured at Hunt Club

Freelance photographer Asif Muhamamd Hussain’s latest works reflect and reference nature.

Clicks and Captures, showing at the Hunt Club Community Arts Centre until December 13, centres on the theme of nature’s beauty.

The Hillside resident has more than 20 years’ experience in photography and says the series of more than 30 works was inspired by his love of nature.

“I love nature … you don’t need time, you can see the clouds,” he says. “Whenever I am out and it’s worth taking, I take it – all the
time.

“I just love nature, the colours, the morning colours, the evening colours, the moon.”

Working primarily in the digital format, Hussain says his work now is vastly different from his early days when he photographed hockey games on a film camera while in college.
