FOOTSCRAY: Hot air balloon lands at Town Hall

A Footscray Town Hall car park had a surprise visitor –  a hot air balloon.

There are reports that the balloon made an unexpected landing in Footscray on Monday morning. The car park is mainly full when there are council meetings in progress, but it has been almost empty at the time.
