Brimbank council is hosting a free Kids’ Day Out on Sunday, October 26, 10am-4pm, at Errington Community Centre, Princess Street, St Albans. Rides, a kids’ DJ, dance and music workshops, storytelling, sports and showbags.

De-stress group
Stress management and relaxation are important for good health. ISIS Primary Care started a six-week relax group last week. The group, which meets from 2-3pm on Mondays, is free and covers basic stress management. Sessions at ISIS Primary Care, 1 Andrea Street, St Albans.

SES trivia night
Brimbank SES wil host a trivia night – with raffles, silent and live auctions, and games – from 7.30 on Friday, November 28, at Westend Market Hotel, 47 McIntyre Road, Sunshine. Tickets: $16, or $100 for a table of 10. BYO food. Drinks at bar prices.
