A man has been charged with murder after a woman was found with serious injuries at Safety Beach.
The woman, believed to be aged in her 60s, died at a property on Pickings Road about 1.30pm on Monday, police said.
A 35-year-old Safety Beach man has been charged with the woman’s murder and was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
