A person’s home is their sanctuary and usually a place where many happy memories are made – and Fairhaven Homes is giving home buyers the chance to have those by building a new house from its Clovelly designs.

Buyers can choose from the Clovelly 225 which is 22.5 square metres or the Clovelly 276 at 27.6 square metres.

Both designs include four bedrooms – three with built-in wardrobes – and the main with walk-in and en suite; two separate living zones; a covered outdoor area for entertaining; and a double garage. The larger design also has a walk-in pantry and linen closet.

The layout of the houses is flexible, with the main bedroom and second living zone able to be moved to the middle or front of the house, and six upgrade facades are available.

Clovelly, the most popular series in the Fairhaven Bridgewater range, includes the ‘advantage living promotion’ with buyers able to personalise their new house at no extra cost.

Floor tiles, carpet, tiled shower bases, stone benchtops, a stainless-steel cooker and rangehood and Colorbond roof are included in the package.

“As a prominent builder in the south-east, we are excited to now offer our range of affordable homes to Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs,” new homes consultant Paul Scott said. “Our new display village is currently under way at Merrifield estate in Mickleham and we look forward to opening it to the public early next year.”

The Clovelly 225 is ideal for a 12.5 x 30-metre block and starts at $148,900, while the Clovelly 276 fits perfectly on a 14 x 32-metre block and starts at $174,900.
