Construction has started on a new $13.5 million aged-care centre in Cairnlea. Members of the Indochinese Elderly Refugees Association (IERA) last week broke ground on what will become the Brimbank Vietnamese Aged Care Centre. The centre will include 60 single bedrooms with connecting private en suites, with space to add another 40 beds as the centre grows.
