Some of Australia’s leading exponents of legal, psychological, refugee and children’s rights will gather at Melbourne University Law School on Thursday, August 28.
They will discuss what is going on behind the fences of the detention centres, and what Australians can do to ensure that the world’s most vulnerable children get access to their basic rights.
Speakers include Malcolm Fraser, Alastair Nicholson, Professor Louise Newman, Dr Norman Gillespie, Katie Robertson and Paul Power.
