Shoppers in for sweet treat

Master chef and king of the croquembouche Adriano Zumbo is coming to town. Zumbo will sign copies of his cookbooks, Zumbo and Zumbarons, and make some mouthwatering treats during a cooking demonstration at Watergardens Town Centre on Saturday, August 23. Zumbo is one of Australia’s most celebrated patissiers. He opened his first shopfront in Balmain, Sydney, in 2007 and now has five stores across NSW and Victoria, including a concept store at The Star Casino that features a dessert train. An appearance on the first season of television series MasterChef made Zumbo and macarons a household name. Zumbo will start his cooking demonstration at Watergardens at 11am.
