Point Cook’s premier new community, Adresse, was officially launched to the public on June 14-15, with award-winning developer Sunland Group unveiling plans for a stunning residential enclave around a magnificent 2.02-hectare central garden.

Adjacent to Sanctuary Lakes on Point Cook Road, the 470-lot community features a selection of land parcels ranging from 325 to 1000 square metres, connected by tree–lined boulevards and pathways.

Sunland managing director Sahba Abedian said the launch of the highly-prized Stage One land release on Sunday generated strong interest from buyers looking to take advantage of the site’s premium location and design aesthetics.

“Adresse is superbly positioned in Point Cook’s final, premium land offering and close to all of the area’s premier retail and recreation facilities,” Mr Abedian said.

“Our vision for this site is to create a vibrant community environment that seamlessly integrates with the existing amenities and infrastructure in Point Cook, while at the same time using elegant design guidelines and stunning parklands to create a unique lifestyle for residents.

“The central parkland will be located on Gramercy Boulevard and within a 400-metre walk of every Adresse residence – making it a wonderful extension of residents’ own backyards.

“In the tradition of magnificent public parks, it will have expansive landscape design and urban art installations, creating a beautiful environment for the community to come together and connect.”

He said Adresse also offers buyers several distinct advantages, including front landscaping incentive, NBN connectivity and no body corporate.

Land parcels in Stage One, which comprises 41 lots, range from 325 to 608 square metres, with prices starting from $242,000.

“Sunland’s 30-year history of creating design-driven residential communities was a clear advantage for home buyers seeking to embrace the distinctive lifestyle Point Cook has to offer,” Mr Abedian said.
