This house marries modern art with striking architecture over two storeys and a spacious 50-square-metre floor plan.

The stone-paved driveway complements an ultra-modern facade with reflective tiled pillars and orange convex wall on the ground level.

Through the entry are wide open spaces and light streaming from big upstairs windows.

Immediately to the right of the entry is a large study with plush carpet.

A curved feature wall leads to an open lounge room, with a powder room opposite.

Polished floorboards run throughout the hall, kitchen and large family-meals areas to the rear of the house. The huge corner kitchen has a long wrap-around stone bench with room for the whole family to enjoy breakfast or casual dining. Stainless-steel appliances include a 900-millimetre oven, gas cooktop and rangehood, and there’s space for a french-door fridge and ample storage.

Off the meals area through sliding doors is a pergola over a decked outdoor dining area for year-round entertainment. A stone water feature is included.

Upstairs are four generous-sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a retreat and large office.

The main bedroom has walk-in wardrobe and full en suite with spa .

Shallow recessed shelves are installed in large feature walls around the house, creating gallery-style display spaces for treasured photos or sculptures.

The family bathroom upstairs has a raised tiled bath, frameless glass shower, and a long vanity unit with raised hand basin.

Other features include ducted heating and cooling, alarm, LED lights and a double garage with remote-control and rear and internal access.
