Movelle Primary School: High marks for footy fun

Grade 3 and 4 Movelle Primary School pupils like Monika, Brandon, Stefanie and Khyl have spent the past six weeks learning basic football drills as part of an AFL multicultural schools program.

Last week, the children got the chance to put their new-found skills to the test and take to the field in their favourite team’s colours.

The program at the St Albans school was run by two Victoria University student teachers in conjunction with Essendon Football Club.
