Educators and little ones at St Albans Main Road East Early Learning Centre celebrated last week after the centre was rated as exceeding national quality standards.
The rating is given to services that show exemplary service in four or more of seven quality areas.
Centre director Elizabeth Joao was thrilled with the result.
“Our service supports all children and families,” she said.
The centre offers childcare and kindergarten for children between the ages of six weeks and six years. It has its own vegie garden, petting zoo, dance program and in-house cook.
