The world is opening up for Taylors Lakes resident Alexandra Mangion.
The first-year La Trobe University student, 18, is preparing for an international study tour after earning a place in the university’s elite Hallmark program.
She was selected based on her high academic achievement while completing an International Baccalaureate last year.
The $10,000 scholarship provides leadership training and career mentoring, which will come in handy as Mangion pursues a degree in biomedical science.
