Dinjerra Primary School’s hands across the globe

A Braybrook primary school has taken to the world stage its film project which celebrates volunteering.

Dinjerra Primary School teacher Rachel Rasmussen and Volunteer West general manager Emma Sharp presented Put Your Hands in the Air at last week’s 14th Asia Pacific Volunteer Conference in Macau.

The project was put together by grade 6 pupils including Ashish and Tra-mi (pictured interviewing Maribyrnong councillor Catherine Cumming).

The pupils created various short films to promote the benefits of volunteering.
