An electrical fault is believed to have caused a fire at two-storey residence in Albanvale this morning causing an estimated damage bill of $100,000.
Firefighters arrived at the Trafalgar Street property at 4.40am with the second storey well alight, but were unable to enter the building.
Police are investigating the blaze. No injuries were recorded.
