Sunshine Baseball Club is on the hunt for its next batch of junior talent. Children aged 5-10 are being encouraged to give the sport a try during T-ball sessions at the club’s Talmage Street diamond from 5pm on Tuesday nights. The 12-week season begins October 22.

TIME WARP

Enjoy old-fashioned fun at Keilor Ye Olde Days Community Fayre. Includes egg and spoon, sack and three-legged races, a barbecue and displays from local community groups. 10am-2pm, November 10, at Cliff Harvey Lagoon Reserve, Old Calder Highway, Keilor.

FOUR SEASONS

Vivaldi’s Four Seasons of Keilor features violinist Yi Wang, with a backdrop of big-screen images of Keilor to accompany the live music. Cost: $5, with proceeds to Brimbank Charitable Fund. 2pm-3.30pm, November 24, at 2-30 Overnewton Road, Keilor.

EXHIBITION

Sunshine Historical Society’s Curators’ Choice is a collection of photos and artefacts reflecting the suburb’s heritage. The exhibition examines glass photographic negatives from the society’s collection. From 9am-5pm, October 21, Hunt Club Community Arts Centre, 775 Ballarat Road, Deer Park.

KIDS’ DAY OUT

Enjoy Brimbank’s Children’s Week feature day on October 27, with Justine Clarke on the main stage at 11.30am and 1.40pm. There are also free puppet workshops and shows, crafts, face painting, balloon art, dance shows, kite flying, cheerleading and tennis. 11am-4pm, 80 Copperfield Drive, Delahey.
