The state government is inviting communities to nominate sporting volunteers, officials and clubs for the government’s annual ‘community sport and recreation awards’.
The awards honour individuals, teams and clubs with prizes ranging from $1000 to $5000. Winners will be announced at the MCG on Wednesday, December 4.
Nominations close on October 23.
