Teens charged

Two teens have been arrested and charged following a robbery in front of Pacific Werribee on August 7. Police alleged two youths, aged 16 and 17, approached two 16-year-olds and demanded their phones and wallets, and threatened to stab them. Police later arrested two teenagers who were charged with robbery and theft.

Weapons charges

A police search of a Hooker Road premises on August 1 uncovered a stolen 2013 BMW 118d with stolen plates, a stolen iPad, about three grams of amphetamines and a number of weapons including a Taser, baton, imitation firearm and shotgun cartridges. A 26-year-old man has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle, theft from a motor vehicle, possessing a drug of dependence and weapons charges. He will appear before the Werribee Magistrates Court on December 20.

Man wanted

Police are searching for a man who burgled a store in Point Cook on April 1. The man forced his way into a nail store on Main Street, before stealing a till containing $400. The man was caucasian in appearance, 170cm tall and of a medium build. Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000.
