A ST Albans student with an eye for fashion is being given a chance to display his creations at Melbourne Spring Fashion Week in September.
International student Jay Tran Anh Nguyen, who is from Vietnam, is studying fashion design at Kangan Institute.
He will showcase his work at the 19th fashion week, which aims to provide a platform for new designers to connect with a wider audience.
