Wordsmiths: The Brimbank Writers and Readers Festival, from September 5-16, encourages a love of writing and literature, celebrates diversity and creativity, and promotes life-long learning. Free events include panel discussions, author talks, interviews, readings, storytelling and workshops. Winners of the Brimbank Writers Awards will be announced at a ceremony on September 16.
