A 14-year-old boy has been charged after a violent sexual assault in St Albans.
Police said a woman, 25, was forced to the ground and repeatedly punched in the head and body near Ginifer train station on June 22.
The offender also attempted to kiss the woman and remove her clothing.
Senior Constable Adam West said the boy was remanded in custody to appear at a children’s court yesterday.
