CROWDS turned out to Quang Minh Temple last week as the Dalai Lama returned to Braybrook to share Tibetan Buddhist teachings.
Two years after his last visit, the 14th Dalai Lama led a full-day teaching of the Heart Sutra and the Eight Verses of Mind Training last Wednesday.
The Heart Sutra aims to bring out the essence of the Buddha’s teachings while the Eight Verses of Mind Training shows how compassion, kindness and altruism can lead to enlightenment.
