Man’s body found in Sunshine railway station toilet

The body of a young man has been found inside a disabled toilet at Sunshine railway station. Police said a maintenance worker found the body at 9.45am on Thursday. It appeared it had been in the toilet for some time, possibly days.

Police spokeswoman Belle Nolan said the case was not being treated as suspicious. Senior Sergeant Dearne Dummett said an autopsy was being conducted to determine the time and cause of the man’s death.
