Keilor has coughed up top spot in EDFL premier division after an 18-point loss to a gritty Greenvale at Keilor Recreation Reserve on Saturday.
The Blues trailed at every change and could not bridge the gap in the last quarter of a low-scoring affair between two of the competition’s premiership contenders.
David Gourdis was Keilor’s most threatening forward, kicking three goals, while Dylan Joyce showed his class in one of his best games of the season.
Keilor has fallen a game behind new ladder-leader Aberfeldie, but remains two games clear of third-placed Greenvale.
